What is the performance of company and what is a company doing. He has sound ability to analyze past records of companies. He also has ability to see the trend of company’s performance. With this he can help his company for investment in shares. He never ignores the risk. He provides his skills about how to manage risk with better way.

Finance manager is mastermind. His brain works 360 degree angle. He takes major steps about to know the future. In other words, he is efficient to calculate the probability of his company’s success in special type of business. He is good learner of finance books. Without this, I think, it is impossible to become good finance manager. Finance manager is the only person in whole organization who provides fund by getting loan at cheap rates. In last, I can say that without finance manager, an organization can not be operated.
